Be fit: Protein pancakes

It’s time for healthy pancakes!

Before I reveal to you my new recipe that I am very happy with, I will tell you about the fantastic natural and local product with which I put these zinc pieces. It is ČOKO-MED with which my dear friend Katarina, who produces it, delighted me. The ingredients of this chocolate spread are top quality acacia honey, dark chocolate and roasted hazelnuts – all homemade, made by hand and with a lot of attention and love that can be felt on the palate, stomach and head.

Honey is known to be rich in phytonutrients – natural chemicals that can help prevent disease and boost immunity. That is why this chocolate spread is incomparably better in composition and taste than any commercial product of this type.

INGREDIENTS

Proteins:

4 egg whites
2 whole eggs
150 g of cottage cheese

Complex carbohydrates:

50 g oatmeal
Unsaturated fats:

2 tablespoons freshly ground flax
Saturated fats:

Coconut oil for baking
Other:

1 teaspoon baking powder
On top of a teaspoon of salt
A few drops of stevia

PREPARATION

In a blender, first mix the eggs and cheese, and then add the other ingredients. Leave for about 10 minutes for the mixture to thicken, then bake in a hot pan for 2 minutes on each side. Spoon the mixture onto the pan forming palm-sized circles.
From this mixture fall 12-15 zucchini.
